Word. CELERY sucks! It is an allergen, and for the longest time it was not recognized as such wich caused me many nights of nearly dying. Unfortunately people tend to use it a lot in veggie burgers and in otherwise wonderful vegetarian dishes! Stop putting celery in everything that does not need it!
